Reliability in delivery and collection times for cargo

The time agreed with the importer/exporter for full containers shall be met with a margin of 2 clock hours.

Reliability in approval of dangerous goods export requests

Entry of the container shall be authorised prior to the expected date of arrival of the truck at the terminal

Reliability in customs clearance

The clearance process, from presenting the customs document to obtaining release, shall take less than: 1) 8 working hours, if a document inspection is performed; 2) 17 working hours, if a physical inspection is performed at the terminal or scanner; 3) Automatic release if no document or physical inspection of any kind is needed

Reliability in clearance by border inspection services

Customs clearance for goods subject to action by the services shall be performed within a period not exceeding 25 working hours

Reliability in loading during planned stopovers

All cargo in export containers shall be loaded during the planned stopover, provided that the exporter has made the cargo available for shipment within the period agreed with the operator organising the transport.

Reliability in BL notification

The bill of lading (BL) shall be made available to the exporter, or their logistics representative, within a period not exceeding 10 working hours after the vessel has departed

Information and transparency

The exchange of information between certified organizations will have the necessary quality to make the passage of the goods as efficient as possible. In addition, reliable information will be provided on the main operations carried out with the import/export of goods contained through the Customer Service Department (SAC) and the CTA application (Container Tracking Application).

Cargo integrity

The commitment guarantees that no incidents of any kind will occur in container cargo during handling and the stay at the terminals and physical facilities. For imports, it also guarantees that the container will be delivered to the client's facilities with the same seals that it had when it left the terminal or or the PIF area.

Transparency in publishing docks and terminals

Publication on the Port website for cruise ship traffic at the docking terminal within 15 calendar days.

Reliability in Ship Clearance

Clearance authorisation shall be made available to the Master of the Vessel or their representative at the actual time of departure (ATD) of the vessel at the latest

Reliability in the provision of MARPOL services

The waste removal service (MARPOL I and V) provided during a vessel's stay at the Port shall begin at the agreed time, with a maximum margin of 1 hour, and shall not in any event delay the departure of the vessel

Reliability in type B discounts

Vessels that are eligible for a discount on waste collection charges (type B discount of 50%) and that submit all the relevant documentation shall receive it within a maximum period of 15 working days
