How can I obtain an inspection label for a container?

The procedure for you to download a container inspection label directly from the Sostrat website is as follows:

1. Go to the website sostrat.portdebarcelona.cat
2. Choose the ‘Inspection label query’ option, which is available to the public.

3. This screen will appear:

Enter the following data:
– Container registration number
– NIF of the companies concerned (shipping agent, customs agent, freight forwarder, etc.)
– Request No: this is not the inspection number. The request number is the ‘Result No’ in the ‘confirmation result’. You only need the numbers after the year. For example: B2018475.

The label will be printed in bilingual format in English/Spanish or English/Catalan, depending on the language chosen before submitting the application.
