How can I find out if my goods have arrived?

To find out if your goods have arrived at the port, you need to provide us with the container registration number. It has 4 letters (the last one is ‘U’) + & numbers + a check digit.
When you have this information, email sac@portdebarcelona.cat and we can tell you if the goods are at the Port of Barcelona and, if so, where.
Note that this address is active during SAC office hours (Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00; Fridays, days preceding public holidays and August, 08:00 to 15:00).
